Google Ads reporting in JobPilot
JobPilot lets each customer organization connect its own Google Ads advertiser account and understand how advertising spend relates to leads, service requests, paying customers, invoice revenue, and gross profit in JobPilot.
What the integration provides
Read-only reporting for organization owners and administrators.
Daily campaign cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value
Campaign names, identifiers, types, statuses, account currency, and reporting dates
Advertising cost per request and cost per paying customer
Paid invoice revenue, configured gross profit estimates, ROAS, and profit-on-ad-spend
How an organization connects
The organization remains in control of its account and authorization.
- Open integrations. An authorized JobPilot administrator starts the connection from the organization's settings.
- Authorize with Google. Google displays the requested access and the administrator chooses whether to grant it.
- Select an advertiser account. JobPilot lists the non-manager advertiser accounts available to the authorized Google user.
- Synchronize reporting data. The administrator selects an account and starts a report sync; imported CSV history can also be used while API access is unavailable.
- Disconnect at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored authorization credentials and stops future Google Ads API access.
Reporting, not campaign management
The integration is intentionally limited to analytics and attribution.
JobPilot does not create or modify campaigns, advertisements, budgets, bids, or keywords.
JobPilot does not create or manage Google Ads accounts and does not upload offline conversions.
No Google Ads account is accessed until an authorized administrator voluntarily completes Google OAuth and selects an advertiser account.
Organization-level data isolation
JobPilot is a multi-tenant business operations platform.
Every JobPilot organization connects and selects its own advertiser account. Authorization credentials and reporting data are scoped to that organization and are not exposed to other JobPilot customers. JobPilot does not own or centrally manage its customers' Google Ads accounts.
Connected data is used only to provide the reporting and attribution features requested by the organization. It is not sold and is not used to advertise to JobPilot users. See the Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention, security, and disconnection details.
